1/3 cup chopped shallots (about 2 large shallots)
1/2 tablespoon minced garlic (about 2 cloved)
2 tablespoons water
1 1/2 cups uncooked arborio rice
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley, loosely packed
1/2 tablespoon curry powder
