- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons sweet chili-garlic sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 3 green onions, cut into thin strips 3-inches long
- 1 long hothouse cucumber, washed and cut into long, thin julienne
- 2 medium carrots, washed, peeled and cut into long, thin julienne
- 1 cup small cooked shrimp
