6 green cardamom pods, bruised
4 cloves
2 bay leaves, crumpled
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 inch cube fresh root ginger, peeled & grated
4 large garlic cloves, crushed
1 tsp black peppercorns, bruised
1/2 tsp ground tumeric
1 tsp mild chili powder
1 1/2 lbs bonless chicken breast
3 oz plain yogurt
1 tsp salt
2-3 small tomatoes, skinned & chopped
2-3 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves

SERVES: 4This Is A Great Low Carb Dish. Served With Indian Rice It Is Very Filling.The Basic Recipe Can Be Easily Altered By Replacing The Chicken With Chick Peas Or Mixed Vegetables.
