  • 1/4 tsp grnd mace
  • 4 tsp salt divided
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 10 ounce yogurt - (1 1/4 c.)
  • 8 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 x bay leaves
  • 4 lrg whole black cardamom pods
  • 2 tsp saffron threads dry-roasted
  • 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk warmed
  • 1 3/4 c. long-grain rice
  • 2 Tbsp. golden brown raisins
  • 2 Tbsp. blanched almonds
  • 2 x hard-cooked Large eggs
