Crunchy Chicken Salad

Ingredients

    2 chicken breasts halves, skinless, boneless (3 oz. each)
    1/2 cup prepared bottled marinade (ginger-sesame or sweet and sour work well)
    1/4 cup slivered almonds
    1/2 cup mandarin oranges, chopped
    1/4 cup water chestnuts, sliced or 1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 cup fat-free lemon yogurt
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    Packaged salad greens

Description

This Recipe Was Featured In The Summer Issue Of My Humana Active Outlook Magazine.. Nice For Warm Weather, And Easy To Make.I Did Not Add Any Extra Dressing Or Croutons When I Made This And It Was Very Good.
