2 med. (or 1 lg) onion, chopped
3 Tbsp garlic, minced
4 c. mushrooms, sliced (approx. 434g)
2 c. bell pepper, diced (approx. 195g)
5 Tbsp oregano, dried
3 Tbsp basil, dried
1 tsp bay leaf, ground (or 3 whole bay leafs broken in half)
1 tsp cayenne pepper, ground
