3/4 cup veggie stock (or 3/4 cup water + 1 veggie bouillon cube)
1 cup TVP granules
1/4 cup Nutritional Yeast
1/2 cup vital wheat gluten
1 tbsp ground mustard
1 tbsp onion powder
1/8 tsp liquid smoke (optional)
Sea Salt and Fresh Cracked Pepper to taste
