Ingredients

    *Pasta, whole wheat elbows, 1 pound
    *Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 5 tbsp
    Garlic, 3 cloves finely chopped
    Ginger Root, 2 inches minced or grated
    *Bell Pepper, Red thinly sliced
    1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
    Peanut Butter, creamy 1/4 cup
    Soy sauce (tamari), 1/4 cup
    Pumpkin 15 oz can (not pumpkin pie mix)
    curry paste, approximately 2 rounded tablespoons
    3 tablespoons 5 spice powder
    Shrimp, 12 large to jumbo peeled & deveined
    Sea Scallops, 12, trimmed & patted dry
