⢠¼ cup olive oil
⢠2 tablespoons Regina Red or White Wine Vinegar
⢠2 tablespoons Emerilâs Bam It! Salad Seasoning (I use Good Seasons Italian Salad dressing mix)
⢠½ cup mayonnaise (I use Hellman's light or Canola cholesterol -free)
⢠2 cups assorted cut-up vegetables* (the veggies I use are green bell pepper, grape tomatoes, cucumber and green onions).
⢠Also, I added ground black pepper, diced or shredded sharp cheddar and lean ham. ;-)
