Antipasto Pasta Salad

Ingredients

    .75 whole wheat pasta - rotinini or fusili
    2-3 garlic cloves
    .75 Tbsp dijon-style mustard
    4.5 Tbsp red wine vinegar
    1.5 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
    .75 Tbsp water
    1/4 + 1/8C vegetable oil
    8 oz mozzarella cheese, cut in 1/2 in cubes
    15 oz can chick peas - drained & rinsed
    15 oz can medium pitted olives - drained & rinsed
    1 can artichoke hears - drained, rinsed & cut into 1/2 hunks
    1 tsp dried hot pepper flakes
