- 1 cauliflower, broken into florets
- 3 ripe tomatoes,quartered
- 1 small butternut squash, peeled, seeded and chopped into inch size chunks
- 1 15 oz. can chick peas,rinsed and drained
- vegetable oil
- a pat of butter
- 1/2 jar Patak's Jalfrezi curry paste
- 1 28 oz. can diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- Freshly ground pepper
