3 T. minced fresh parsley
2 t. salt
1/4 t. ground cinnamon
1/4 t. allspice
2 cloves minced garlic
Cooking oil spray
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
2c. 1% milk
1 t. salt
1 1/4 c. egg beaters or 5 eggs
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
