.5 cup onion, chopped
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
.5 cup quinoa
2 tablespoons dry white wine
1 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon butter
.5 cup chopped, grilled chicken breast (can also use baked or rotisserie if you have that on hand)
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
