    1 cup cottage cheese
    1 cup minced flat-leaf parsley
    1/2 cup minced fresh dill

    Dressing:
    1/2 cup cider vinegar
    2 teaspoons kosher salt
    Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    3-4 cloves of garlic, minced
