Korean Beef Stir-fry

Ingredients

    1 lb lean flank steak, cut into thin strips
    4 tbs Mirin
    3 tbsp Lite soy sauce
    3 tsp Corn Starch
    1 tbs Canola Oil
    4 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
    1.5 tsp fresh Ginger (chopped)
    1 Jalapeno (chopped)
    10 oz bag of fresh baby Spinach
    1 cup Shiitake Mushrooms
    1 tsp Sesame Oil

    Original recipe called for 4 cups mung beans
