Ingredients

  • 2 ribsCelery -- chopped
  • 3 cloves Melissa's Peeled Garlic -- minced
  • 1/2 package Melissa's Herbs De Provence1 bottle Red Wine
  • 3 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 cup Cold Water
  • 1 tablespoon Corn Starch

For the Lamb:

  • 4 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil -- divided use
  • 4 each Bone-In Lamb Chops
  • to taste Melissa's Organic Italian Seasoning Grinder
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • to taste Freshly Ground Pepper
  • 1/2 package Melissa's Herbs De Provence
