Chunky Fish & Shrimp Chowder

Ingredients

    Marinade:

    1 Tbsp Basil
    2 Tbsp Onion Powder
    1 Lemon Half, squeezed
    1 Tsp Salt

    2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    3 Cups Chopped Onion
    10 Garlic Cloves, Diced
    1 Package Grouper Fish Fillet (500 grams) (Or any fish)
    1 Package Tilapia Fish Filler (500 grams) (Or any fish)
    1 Package medium sized Shrimp (700 grams)
    1 Cup of Canned Sweet Corn, or Frozen
    3 Medium Carrots, Sliced
    2 Medium Zucchinis, Sliced
    7 Cups Chopped Potatoes (cubes)
    1 Cup chopped Fresh Coriander (Cilantro)
    1/3 Cup Coconut Cream (Canned)
    2 Cups Nonfat Milk
    1 tbsp or so of whole wheat flour

I Can't Believe I Made This All On My Own. I Was Inspired By Other Fish Chowder And Stew Recipes On Sparkrecipes.com And Allrecipes.com . It Was So Good It Surprised Me! Was The Perfect Meal To Break My Fast With, And My Family :) (It's Ramadan! Hehe)
