- 1 C. brown basmati rice
2 C. vegetable broth or chix flavored vegetarian broth, water
1 Tbs. butter
1 bay leaf
1 Tbs. vegetable oil
1 C. chopped onion
1/3 C. thinly sliced celery
1/4 C. raisins
1 tsp. finely chopped, peeled fresh ginger
1 tsp. ground cumin
dash ground black pepper
1 Tbs. tamari soy sauce
Description
This Recipe Was Printed On The Back Of Lundberg Farms CA Brown Basmati Rice. It Called For 1/2 T. Coriander But We Preferred It Without. I Just Used The Ground Cumin And My DH And Myself Love It.
