    12 oz petite baby carrots
    10 oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained, and rinsed
    1 kg imitation crab, diced
    2 tbsp cooking oil
    1 tsp sesame oil
    24 cups water
    1.25 cup + 2 tbsp soy sauce
    1/2 cup + 1 tbsp mirin
    4 eggs
    2 tbsp sesame seeds
