  • 50.0g baby courgettes , sliced
  • 50.0g fine green beans , trimmed and cut into 2cm pieces
  • 100.0ml dry white wine
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 150.0g fresh ceps or chestnut mushrooms , halved
  • 25.0g butter
  • 150.0g baby spinach
  • 250.0g ricotta
  • 1.0 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1.0 tbsp chopped chervil
  • 225.0g fresh pasta sheets, cooked
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2.0 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 75.0g parmesan , grated
