    pinch kosher salt
    1 small portabello mushroom, sliced thinly
    8 oz shirataki noodles, drained and rinsed
    dash hot sauce (like sambaal oelek)
    2 tbsp spicy salsa
    2 tbsp water
    1/2 tsp oregano
    salt and pepper to taste
    2/3 cup (150 mL) original flavour Egg Creations
    1 tbsp Galaxy Foods rice Parmesan
