Lori's Pasta Salad

Ingredients

    1 pound pasta
    salt
    olive oil

    1 package grape tomatoes, sliced
    1 can black olives, sliced
    4 oz reduced fat feta cheese
    1 small onion, thinly sliced in strips
    1 small yellow bell pepper thinly sliced in strips
    1 small orange bell pepper thinly sliced in strips

    Dressing:
    3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    1 garlic clove
    1/2 tablespoon fresh oregano or 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano or Italian seasoning
    1 tablespoon fresh basil or 1 teaspoon dried basil
    1/2 tablespoon fresh thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
    1 teaspoon pepper
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon Grey Poupon mustard
    3 tablespoon red wine vinegar
    1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
    1/4 cup lite mayonnaise
    1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
