1 1/4 cup celery, with leaves, minced
3 Tablespoons garlic, minced
2 TB worchestershire sauce
1/4 cup red wine vinegar (or red wine)
2 TB buffalo wing sauce (or Tabasco)
1 1/2 tsp tamarind chutney
1 cup water or beef broth
1 tsp smoke flavoring
Spices:
1 TB turmeric
2 TB chili powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 TB italian seasoning blend herbs
1 tsp basil, dried and crushed
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp crushed chipotle pepper flakes
1 tsp chipotle powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp rosmary leaves, crushed
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp cinammon
1 dried D'arbo Chili (chinese hot peppers) broken in half
1 TB salt (used in various times)
1 TB ground black pepper
