Low Fat Blueberry Super Muffins

Ingredients

    1 cup all purpose flour
    1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour
    1/2 cup coarse ground oat flour (zip up 3/4 cup quick oats in a food processor to make 1/2 cup oat flour)
    1 Tbsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp cardamom powder
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    2 tsp orange zest

    1/4 cup pear or apple sauce
    1 Tbsp canola oil
    2/3 cup light soy milk
    1/4 cup maple syrup
    1/4 cup brown rice syrup
    1 tsp vanilla extract

    1 cup blueberries, reserving 12: one for the top of each muffin
