    1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
    1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp cayenne

    Meatballs:
    12 oz extra-lean ground beef
    1/4 cup minced onions
    1/4 cup unseasoned bread crumbs
    2 tbsp parmesan cheese
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp italian seasoning
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
