Ingredients
- Adapted from Betty Crocker's Butterscotch Brownies
1/4 cup Canola Oil
1/2 Cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsweetend applesauce
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons lowfat milk (or could substitute soymilk for allergies)
1 large egg (or egg substitute for allergies)
1 cup whole grain white flour (or brown rice flour for allergies)
1/3 cup cocoa (I used hersheys dark)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt (I used idoized because I like to bake with it)
Description
These Are Low Fat, Low Sugar, Whole Grain, And Yummy To Boot. They Should Come Out Moist And Cakey.
