Easy Spicy Chicken Bean Stew - Lower Sodium & No Msg - Crockpot Slow Cooker

Ingredients

    2 frozen CHICKEN breasts (approx 9oz each)

    1 can PINTO BEANS (drained and rinsed well)
    1 can GARBANZO BEANS (drained and rinsed well)
    1 can CORN (undrained)
    1 can DICED TOMATOES (undrained)

    1/2 bag frozen BELL PEPPER STRIPS
    1 jar SALSA

    SPICES:
    1 TEAspoon ground dried OREGANO
    1 TEAspoon ground dried BASIL
    1 TEAspoon GARLIC powder
    1 TEAspoon Mrs. Dash ORIGINAL blend
    1 TEAspoon Mrs. Dash GARLIC & HERB
    1 TEAspoon Mrs. Dash Extra SPICY
    1 TEAspoon Mrs. Dash Southwest CHIPOTLE

This Is Inspired By A Few Other Spark Recipes. I Reduced The Sodium Level By Not Using Prepared Seasoning Mixtures. Also By Searching The Aisles For Ingredients That Had The Lowest Sodium Levels Available.
