    1 can PINTO BEANS -- Wild Harvest organic (drained and rinsed well).
    1 can BLACK BEANS -- Wild Harvest organic (drained and rinsed well).
    1 can GARBANZO BEANS (chick peas) -- Wild Harvest organic (drained and rinsed well).
    1 can CORN -- Jewel/Albertsons no salt added whole kernel (drained).

    1 bag BELL PEPPER STRIPS -- Trader Joe's frozen Melange a Trois Red, Yellow, & Green
    1 jar SALSA -- Trader Joe's no salt added Fire Roasted

    SPICES:
    1 TEAspoon ground OREGANO
    1 TEAspoon ground BASIL
    1 TEAspoon GARLIC powder
    1 TEAspoon Mrs. Dash GARLIC & HERB
    1 TEAspoon Mrs. Dash extra SPICY
    1 TEAspoon Mrs. Dash SOUTHWEST CHIPOTLE
    1 TEAspoon Mrs. Dash ORIGINAL blend

Description

This Is Inspired By A Few Other Spark Recipes. I Reduced The Sodium Level By Not Using Prepared Seasoning Mixtures. Also By Searching The Aisles For Ingredients That Had The Lowest Sodium Levels Available.
