Salmon With Herbed Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients

    Fresh Chives, 1 tsp chopped
    Parsley, dried, 1 tsp
    Lemon juice Goya, 4 tsp
    Yogurt vanilla Yogplait, 4 oz
    Scallions, raw, 1 large
    Salmon Wild Alaska skinless bonelessTreasures from the sea, 6 oz
    Pepper, black, 1/2 tsp
    Sea salt coarse Alessi 1/2 tsp
    Rinse salmon & pat dry. Rub liberally with olive oil or use Pam olive oil spray & put in baking pan or dish. In bowl prepare ingredients & mix well. Spoon over fish on both sides & refrigerate (preferably over night). Bake or broil in oven until done (about 20 minutes)
