  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 40 chives, snipped
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fromage blanc
  • 1 5-ounce bag of gourmet potato chips (recommended: Terra Potpourri)
  • Poppy seeds, as an optional garnish
