½ cup reduced fat Swiss cheese
1 tsp. shredded Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. shredded Romano cheese
Spinach (frozen pack, thawed and drained) optional
1 egg, scrambled
3 egg whites, scrambled (3/4 cup egg whites)
1 tsp. baking powder
1/3 cup skim milk
¾ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
