Abby's Great Pasta Sauce

Ingredients

1 - 28oz can of crushed tomatoes with puree

6 - cloves of garlic grated

1- cup of good red wine

1/2 cup of water

3 - Tbsp of olive oil

3 - Tbsp of grated Parmesan or romano cheese

1/2 - tsp of dried oregano

1/2 - tsp of dried sweet basil

1 bay leaf

1/4 - tsp of black pepper

1/4 - tsp of red pepper flakes

2 - Hot Italian sausage links with casing removed and cut into bite size pieces

This Is A Great Sauce That Can Be Used For Any Pasta Dish From Spaghetti To Lasagna, Even Pizza!
