    Lemon Caper butter
    1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
    1 tbsp minced capers
    2 tbsp minced green onion
    2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

    Fish
    6 - 6 oz cod (or halibut) filets
    1 tsp coarse salt
    3 tbsp Dijon mustard
    1 1/2 cups fresh white bread crumbs
    1 tbsp chopped parsley
    2 lemons, halved (juice of)
