1/4 teaspoon cayenne, or less, to taste
1 large eggs
1 tablespoons skim milk
4 teaspoons Emeril Essence
1 cup fine dry breadcrumbs (made from 2 slices of Healthy Life Italian Bread)
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
