    1 small bunch Fresh Coriander(Cilantro)Leaves for Garnishing
    MASALA PASTE
    100gms.Shallots(Red Onions)
    25gms.Ginger Root
    25gms.Garlic Flakes
    1tbsp.Poppy Seeds(Khus Khus/Posto)
    2"piece Cinnamon Bark(Daalchini/Taj)
    2tsps.Sesame Seeds(Pandharey Til/Safed Til)
    1Black Cardamom(Kaali/Masala Velchi/Badi/Doda Ilaichi)
    5 Green Cardamoms(Hirvi Velchi/Chhoti ilaichi)
    6-7 whole Cloves(Lavang/Laung)
    6-7 whole Black Pepper Corns(Kaali Miri/Kaali Mirch)
    1whole Star Anise(Badayan/Badam Phool)
    15 whole uncooked Cashew Nuts(Kaju)
    5-6 Almonds(Badam)
