salt and pepper to taste
3 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1/4 cup chopped yellow onions
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/2 cup skim milk & 1/2 cup sour cream mixed together
5 cups fresh baby spinach, sauteed in olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped roasted red peppers
