Pork Ribs With Bourbon Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

    2 lbs of country style boneless pork ribs (nutrition is for 1.81 lbs)
    1 tbl vegetable oil
    1 medium yellow sweet onion, chopped
    4 garlic cloves minced
    1/2 cup packed brown sugar
    3/4 cup ketchup
    3/4 cup spicy brown (Dijon) mustard
    1/2 cup water
    1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
    1/4 cup apple juice
    3/4 cup bourbon
    salt and pepper to taste
