Ingredients

1 Tbsp Olive oil

1 Medium onion, diced

3 cloves of garlic, smashed and diced

3 cans chicken broth

1 medium head of cauliflower

8 ounces 1/3 less fat cream cheese

8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 Tbsp creole seasoning - Tony Chachere's

2 Tbsp bacon pieces Oscar Mayer (- found near the salad dressings.)

3 Tbsp unsalted butter

1 cup half and half
