Apple Stuffing


    3 Pieces of Wheat Bread, cubed
    1/2 C Italian Style Bread Crumbs
    2 Medium Apples, finely chopped - (suggest using 1 tart and 1 sweet variety)
    2 Stalks of celery, finely chopped
    1/4 c applesauce (unsweetened) (approximately one "snack cup" size serving)
    Salt and Pepper to taste

    Combine items in bowl and mash with fork until of stuffing consistency.

    Makes 6 1/2 c. servings

    Use to stuff pork chops or just as a side dish!
