1 Qt crab stock or crab base mixed with water
2 lbs Kennebec potatoes, 1/2: diced
1 1/2 C heavy cream
2 oz cream cheese
1 lbs fresh dungeness crab meat
2 sprigs thyme, stem removed leaves chopped
1 sprig oregano, stem removed and chopped
1 fresh bay leaf
1/2 tsp fresh ground white pepper
Kosher salt to taste
Description
Serving: Place Chowder In Bowl, Add 1-2 Oz Crabmeat And Garnish With Thinly Slice Scallions..Make Chowder The Night Before To Allow All Flavors To Marry.
