    1/2 package gimme lean sausage style
    1 small onion chopped
    4 cloves garlic minced
    1T olive oil
    1 10 oz can diced tomatoes and green chilis
    1 can dark red kidney beans undrained
    1.5 cups cooked basmati rice
    2 jalapenos seeded and minced
    6T chili powder
    3T ground cumin
    3 oz daiya chedder style vegan cheese
    salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
