Dragon's Stew

Ingredients

    4 tbsp butter
    4 tbsp olive oil
    2 lbs lean stew beef
    1 cup chopped onion
    4 cloves smashed then chopped garlic

    8 cups water
    3 tbsp Better Than Bouillon Chicken base
    2 bay leaves

    3 cups Gewurztraminer wine
    1/4 cup tarragon (fresh chopped)
    2 tsp dried cardamon
    2 tsp dried chamomile
    1 tsp dried marjoram
    1 tsp dried cayenne

    4 cups chopped Russian Banana Fingerling Potatoes (oprtional red potatoes)
    4 medium carrots, slided thickly

Description

This Is A Tarragon-based (dragon's Herb) Recipe. We Used A Lean Beef For The Stew - But You Can Use Any Cut You Prefer. Calorie/fat Content Will Change With Your Choice Of Beef.I Think Some Peasants Bread Would Be A Great Compliment - But If You Want Av
