    1/4 c. flaked, sweetened coconut
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    1/4 c. sunflower seeds, roasted, unsalted
    1/2 c. Sugar in the Raw
    1/4 c. Brown Rice Syrup
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 c. eggbeaters
    1/2 c. unsweetened Applesauce
    60g. (three scoops for 120 cal) Aria Protein Powder
    1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/4 c. ground millet flour
    1/4 c. Golden Flaxseed meal (Bob's Red Mills)
    1/4 c. wheat germ
    2 c. oats (whole/old fashioned
    2 tsp. cinnamon
