Granola -clumpy Crunchy Perfect!!

Ingredients

    2.5 cups of rolled oats (old fashion oatmeal)
    5 cups of rolled mixed rolled oats
    1/2 cup shredded coconut
    1 tbsp of chia seeds
    1 tbsp of ground flax
    1/4 cup sunflower seeds
    1/4 tsp of cinnamon

    Wet Ingredients:
    4 tbsp brown rice syrup
    1 tbsp agave nectar or Maple Syrup
    1 tbsp coconut oil
    2 tbsp applesauce, unsweetened
    3 tbsp peanut butter
    1/4 cup un packed brown sugar


    Add Ins:
    1/4 cup of dried cranberries
    1/4 dried apricots (diced up)
    1/4 dried pineapple (diced up)

    Original recipe had 1/4 cup almond - I forgot to add them
