    ½ c. bulger (cracked wheat)
    ½ c. steel-cut oats
    2 T. coarse ground cornmeal

    Pinch salt
    1 cinnamon stick
    2 T. unsweetened applesauce
    1 T Splenda brown sugar
    1 t. vanilla
    ½ c. (or more) dried fruits – raisins, cranberries, blueberries, peaches, apricots, cherries, etc.

    5 c. water
