    3 large eggs
    5 egg whites
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 t salt
    1/8 t black pepper
    1 small onion chopped
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    1 t dried basil
    1 t dried oregano
    1/2 pound asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces
    1 7 oz jar roasted red peppers (not in oil) drained and chopped.
