  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint or 4 teaspoons dried mint flakes
  • Cooking spray
  • 4 (1 1/2-ounce) hamburger buns with onions
  • 1/2 cup diced tomato
  • Cucumber-Dill Sauce
