  • 3 celery ribs, sliced
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 1 (2-ounce) jar diced pimiento, drained
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons capers, drained
  • Leaf lettuce
