  • 2/3 cup fat-skimmed chicken broth
  • 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves or 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 dried bay leaf
  • 2 cans (15 oz. each) cannellini (white) beans, rinsed and drained
