- 1/4 cup minced shallots
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup fat-skimmed chicken broth or vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- 4 ounces fresh chèvre (goat) cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
